Learn about the Canadian built Pontiacs.    A little bit about the cars built up north.            Click here
I will be adding to this page as more info becomes available. Thanks to Jack Paul for helping to get it started. I have a lot to learn about these cars. So, come on guys send me some stuff. And I hope it warms up enough for you to get those Pontiacs outside soon!

  Site Notes:
These site was written with Netscape Composer.
This website is my first try at this type of thing. If you have encountered any problems or have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact me.
For first time contacts:  Please let me know where or how you found this site.
***  Font note: The font that I used at the top of the personal pages is supposed to be "Olde English" however, if you are using Internet Explorer it is probably  just in plain text on your computer. It seems to work fine with Netscape.Or it might just be that you do not have the "Olde English" font on your computer. I can send you the font if you would like. That might solve the problem. It looks very official at this end. And the text even lines up. So for now let's say "Best viewed with Netscape" Not an anti-Microsoft thing or an endorsement, it just turned out that way!
***    If any officer of the Early Times Chapter finds this page I will be glad to add to or change the page I have for the      Early Times Chapter on the Links page. I hope someday to have someone do for the 26-41's and the 49-54's what I have started here. I'll be happy to help you get started and link up with the new sites. I have been contacted by quite a few owners of other years looking for some kind of support that I can't give at this time. I hope help for them arrives soon!
Latest Updates:
Last updated on: 03-22-04
If you are new to the site take the time to get up to date with what has gone on here since April 98.
You can read past updates by Clicking Here:

***   02-19-04  Just a quick note to let you know the first update of '04 is done and I've added a '48 Sport Coupe to the registry.  If you haven't noticed I switched servers from PCMagic to Verizon. Since I only get 5mb of webspace from Verizon and the registry is now taking up12mb, I had to come up with more room in a hurry. Lucky for us, Ryan Caster stepped up and donated all the server space we'll need for years to come and spent some time reworking all the links that are involved.
Thanks for making it possible for the registry to continue to grow.
***   03-07-04 Finished up another new page tonight and there where three eariler in the week. I'm all caught up again except for Oscar Garcia's. I'll try to get his done next week. His car lacks the VIN plate and the original engine is long gone so I'll have to omit that from the page. He also is likely to hold the record for the number of emails sent. It's gonna be a big deal to edit that all down to one page. Gotta admire his enthusiasm though, I think some of it has rubbed off on me.
When I get that page done I'm gonna try and "streamline" the home page before it sets a record itself.
On a side note my godson came up from Dana Point to play in a soccor tournament at one of the schools in our city. It was nice to see him and his family again and boy was it hot!  It got up to 87 degrees here today and they're saying it's gonna be 90 tomorrow!  Yikes. Is it really time to turn off the heater and take the ski racks off the car? We had all the windows open for the first time since last fall.  Soon enough it'll be show and shine time for sure. Hope you are looking forward to summer as much as I am.
***   03-09-04  All caught up with new pages finally. Where's all the other owners?
***   03-22-04  Two in and two more added tonight. Keep your forms and photos coming in.
***   06-26-06  My sincerest apologies for letting the site lapse for so long. Life gets in the way and priorities and interests change. I hope to get it rolling again. I'm grateful for those of you who have kept things alive at the message board. Being responsible for bringing you all together is something I'm very proud of. I started this site out of a sense of being alone in my love of my cars. Back then there were very few sources for information and advice. Since that time the internet has been a great boon to our hobby.
I have not done anything to my cars except walk past them for too many years. That part saddens me. One of these days when my two daughters are out of college (only 3 or 4 more years hopefully) and I have the time and resources (read CASH) to invest in my 3 Pontiacs I know they'll still be there waiting patiently.
Not doing anything to the website for over two years frankly, embarrasses me and causes shame. I can't say for sure that you out there will be patiently waiting for me like me cars will. I'm sure many have given up already.
After receiving a phone call from a POCI member I realized my ad in Smoke Signals still had my old email and webaddress. Let's call that the straw that broke the camel's back. I sent and email and hopefully they'll get the ad updated for mext months issue. That should bring in a few new owners. I'll put up a note on the message board for new people who want webpages made that I need their info and photos again. I think I've had 3 or 4 computer crashes since the last update. I hope I remember how to do all this. Thanks again for your patience. Let's Roll!

    More to come- stay tuned.
